Custom Furniture, Antiques, and Design
This past week we had a major photoshoot at one of our recently completed projects. I am sure you’ve seen us share bits and pieces of it on our instagram. We call it the “Waverly” project. It’s a beautiful home with an Old English style, and the interior is just so stunning. This project was so big it took years to complete. Two weeks of install days. Three days to shoot. Every inch of this home has character and charm. It is full of antiques and custom furniture and has it’s own personality. We not only furnished this home, but we teamed up with the builder and architect to help with the design. From the paint, to the countertops and flooring we had a say so in the design.
Our team of designers searched high and low for unique antiques, driving to Birmingham and Atlanta to antique vendors. Most of the antiques are pieces you won’t see anywhere else. Some are hand carved wooden antiques, some are art pieces dating back to the 1800’s. Everything was perfectly curated to give this home the English look our clients wanted to achieve. In this home is a library, with beautiful wooden shelving and overhead lights to showcase these old books that were shipped over from Europe. Collecting every single piece of furniture, art, accessories, and helping selecting their custom furniture was such a dream. This home is one we will remember, and we are so excited to show you the final result. Stay tuned for more!
