Build
L&M is a licensed homebuilder in the state of Alabama. We can oversee your renovation from start to finish, while ensuring the entire design is carried out as envisioned. This streamlined approach enables us to complete the project more efficiently; and therefore, is less costly for our clients.
Furnish
L&M Design · Build · Furnish selects and installs furniture and accessories customized to the clients’ taste. L&M has direct accounts with high-end furniture manufacturers. We stand behind these quality pieces to ensure they are long lasting for clients.
Our showroom, located in downtown Auburn, features all styles of furniture, bedding, rugs, lamps, artwork, accessories, and custom drapery and are available for purchase. Because we offer such an assortment of furniture lines, we are able to give our clients access to high-end furniture at a client discounted price.
Our Process
CONSULTATION
We will get to know your family, your lifestyle, and your design style preferences. We’ll discuss the scope of work, budgets, and time frame. To give us a visual of your tastes and preferences we may also ask you to share your Houzz and Pinterest boards with us.
DESIGN
The design process is dependent on the scope of the project. It varies depending if we are drawing plans for your entire home, designing your kitchen, selecting furniture for your living room, and the list goes on.
APPROVAL
Once you sign off on the selections and designs, we will present you with estimates for the products and costs to carry out the project to completion. After approval we begin the installation on your beautiful new design.
INSTALLATION
The installation varies on the scope of your project. For example, installations involving furnishings are simple, a whole house renovation is more complicated. Our experienced team will work efficiently and quickly to accomplish the design plan with your comfort in mind.
