Recently, we had a longtime repeat client who sold their beautiful lake home and was looking to purchase a new home in Birmingham, Alabama. They wanted our expertise in helping them decide which home would be the best fit.
Although we are not real estate agents, we can look at the bones of a home and see the potential. We can get an idea of what a better layout could look like and envision what the home could become.
Sometimes that means fresh paint and new floors. Other times, it may be cabinetry, furnishings, or a complete transformation. If your project takes us out of state, that is fine too. We’d love to assist you wherever that leads us!
