We recently had a client come to us while he was in the middle of building his new home with Dilworth Development. He had already made all of the major selections in the showroom, hardware, flooring, layout, cabinetry, and tile. He needed help bringing the home to life through furnishing and styling. More importantly, he wanted his new home to feel personal and thoughtfully curated rather than looking like every other home in the neighborhood.

That’s where we came in.

From initial design meetings and confirming measurements to sourcing furnishing, layering textures, and creating a cohesive design plan. We worked closely with the client to ensure every detail reflected his style. We focused on creating rooms that not only looked beautiful, but also felt comfortable, lived-in, and functional for day-to-day life.

Throughout the process, we mixed custom pieces with collected elements to give the home character and warmth. From statement lighting and tailored window treatments to artwork, accessories, and furniture layouts, every selection was intentional. We also paid close attention to scale, flow, and balance so each room had its own personality.

One of the biggest goals for this project was making sure the home didn’t feel like a copy of the homes around it. By incorporating unique textures and pieces that reflected the client’s personal taste, we were able to create a space that feels elevated, timeless, and distinctly his.

The end result is a home that feels layered, inviting, and fully customized. A space that tells his story from the moment you walk through the door.
