At L&M, we bring both licensed contracting and interior design together under one roof! That means we can build, renovate, or add on to your home. We find that a lot of people don’t realize that about L&M, as we get asked about it pretty often. However, yes, we can be your builder, or work hand in hand with them.
Being a licensed contractor doesn’t mean we have to be your builder from the start. If you already have a builder in place, we can come in and work alongside them to help bring your dream home together. We always recommend bringing us in early, but we can jump in at any point, even if you just need help with the finishes.
We recently had a client here in Auburn, AL, who was already in the building process with a local builder. L&M came in during the project and worked alongside his builder to make his home feel a little more unique and personal.
What started as a possible office area turned into a beautiful library. Our client was a big reader, so we added custom shelving and made the space fit him better. We moved his office to a spare room that had a beautiful view of his backyard. This ended up being much more accommodating for him.
That’s one of the things we love about what we do. We can meet you wherever you are in the process and help make your home feel like it was truly made for you.
We’ve worked with plenty of contractors around the area, including in GA. If you’re in Georgia, we can’t be the builder, but we can jump in from the start to help with finishes, fixtures, plumbing, etc. We aren’t licensed contractors in Georgia, YET! But we’d love to help in the capacity that we can.
