As a licensed contractor, L&M has the experience and knowledge needed to work seamlessly alongside your builder, helping ensure every detail stays on track. From the moment we’re hired to the day you step into your brand-new home, we’ll maintain clear communication with your contractor to help make the entire project run smoothly and successfully.
Working with us
Working with us begins with a complimentary meeting in our showroom where we take the time to understand your vision and overall goals for the space. During this meeting, we review the plans you’ve received from your builder and go over the layouts together to ensure everything flows well and supports how you want to live in the space.
From there, we schedule a site visit to confirm measurements and evaluate the layout in person. This allows us to thoughtfully plan furniture placement and consider any additions or adjustments that may enhance the design. Once everything is measured and confirmed, we move into the selection process!
You’ll be invited back to our showroom for a design meeting where we present selections specifically to your project. Because we house all of our samples in our showroom, you’ll be able to see and feel the fabrics, finishes, and materials firsthand. We also provide detailed renderings and use our AI visualization program to create life-like images, giving you a clear picture of how your finished space will look before anything is ordered.
After final approval, we handle all ordering, tracking, and coordination. Products are delivered to the warehouse and held until everything is ready for installation. Throughout the entire design process, we stay in constant communication with your builder to ensure everything is progressing smoothly and being installed according to plan.
