This recent Moore’s Mill renovation is one of those projects that reminds us why we love what we do.
For this home, we completely gutted the kitchen, living areas, and all of the bathrooms. The homeowners wanted a fresh start, and we were excited to help bring their vision to life.
As with many older homes, we ran into a few unexpected issues once demolition began. Fortunately, nothing was beyond what our team could handle. One area that required extra attention was an exterior doorway in the kitchen. Once we opened up the walls, we discovered a few underlying problems that needed to be addressed before moving forward. While they were relatively minor, it was important to correct them properly to ensure everything was structurally sound and built to last.
