Choosing L&M for your renovation ensures the entire design is carried out as envisioned. Your designer, builder, and project managers are one and the same. This streamlined approach enables us to complete the project more efficiently; and therefore, is less costly and time consuming for our clients. All designs and materials such as cabinets, countertops, plumbing, lighting, and any other finishes are selected right from our showroom. No need to drive all around town for each individual selection. Our 3D renderings of kitchens and bathrooms also allows you to visualize your new space without any questions of the finished product.

step 1.
Initial complimentary consultation in our showroom to discuss your project and design goals.

Sign design services contract.

Our team will take field measurements of your existing floor plan. Depending on the extent of the renovation we will draw new floor plan layouts. We will meet with you to finalize the new floor plan and any necessary elevations before selecting finishes.

The fun part! Select new materials for the renovation such as cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, etc. Our designers will present 3D computer renderings, digital design boards, and actual samples of materials suggested for your project in a design meeting at our showroom.

Estimate the total cost of the renovation to the design specifications.

Once all designs and estimates have been approved, our team will move forward with demo and installation of design. All of the plans have been made so relax and let our team of skilled professionals bring the design to reality! We’ll stay in constant contact with you about the schedule of the construction process and installations.

Many clients need new furnishings to complete their renovation. During the construction process work with L&M to layout existing furniture and select new furniture, drapery, and rugs, and accessories. We offer a complete turn key operation from start to finish to make your renovation feel like a home! (See furnishings process)
